Nutrition panel legibility.
Some nutrition panels are hard to read and some are easy to read as shown below.
Specifying legibility is difficult and I do not think it forms part of the Australia food standards.
A simpler approach might be to insist on black printing on a white background for nutrition panels.
If black on white is good enough for the barcode is should be used for the nutrition panel.
